Coach Donta Green

Coach Donta Green has been awarded the FBI Leadership Award.  As the Executive Director of Trades Institute of Pittsburgh and the head coach of the championship Westinghouse Bulldogs football team, Mr. Green works to train formerly incarcerated individuals in trades and helps to make them employable.

Dr. Shropshire

A resolution was presented to Clarion University of Pennsylvania to rename a university building after Dr. John Shropshire (the first Black dean at Clarion University). Dr. Shropshire was inducted into the Westinghouse Wall of Fame as well.  
 

Principal Sereda

The alumni recognized Principal Sereda for his ongoing contributions to WHS for principal’s month.

McMahan L. Gray

Westinghouse Alumni McMahan L. Gray was recognized by the University of Pittsburgh as a Distinguished Alumnus for his contributions in Chemistry.
